By default, Genie Timeline keeps at least the latest version of any deleted files forever to ensure recovery of any file no matter how long ago.<\/p>\n

However, if you wish to permanently remove any file and its versions from your backup you can do so from the following steps.<\/p>\n

To remove deleted files from Backup from Timeline Recycle Bin:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Open the\u00a0Dashboard<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Under\u00a0Tools<\/strong>\u00a0\u2192 Go to\u00a0Timeline Recycle Bin<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. <\/strong>To permanently\u00a0remove the deleted files from the backup, click\u00a0Delete Permanently<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To remove deleted files from Backup using the right-click option:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. From the location that the deleted file was located in on your computer, right-click in an empty space.<\/li>\n
    2. Point to Genie Timeline \u2192 View all deleted files.<\/b><\/li>\n
